		<description><![CDATA[Love it!  Definitely agree with prototyping....the key is getting it to market quickly and having the guts to do something with it.

I&#039;m a fan of http://mystarbucksidea.force.com/ because of the way it allows anyone with an innovative idea to bring it forward.  Who knew that front line employees, customers and corporate employees could come together to solve REAL problems!  :-)]]></description>
